Faith-focused AI-guided reflection.

Practicing gratitude without denying difficulty

Notice what sustains you while leaving room for grief, anger and unmet needs.

Reflect in context

Gratitude does not require calling every experience good. Psalm 103 can prompt reflection on what sustains life without erasing suffering. If gratitude language feels painful or forced, simply noticing a small detail may be enough. Different traditions offer their own prayers and practices of thanksgiving; choose one only if it fits your faith.

A small practice

Name one person, moment or ordinary resource you appreciate. You may also name something difficult alongside it. Consider expressing thanks directly where it is safe and appropriate.

A question to carry with you

What is sustaining me today, even if much remains unresolved?
